Drawing from years of training in trauma-informed care, EMDR, and Dynamic Emotionally Focused Therapy (DEFT), Amy brings a powerful, integrative approach to help clients shift beyond limiting beliefs such as insecurity, anxiety, self-doubt, and apathy.
With a grounding in Transpersonal Psychology and creative arts modalities, Amy integrates expressive techniques like art processing and creative prompts to help clients access hidden truths and inner wisdom.
