I am passionate about the healing process and committed to helping people cultivate well-being and their capacity to thrive. My psychotherapy practice integrates clinical theory, professional training, and insight to support children, adults, and families as they navigate a wide range of life experiences.
With compassionate presence, I meet clients where they are, offering a safe, attuned space for emotional exploration and reflective awareness. Together, we work to integrate what feels fragmented and reconnect with a sense of wholeness, laying the foundation for meaningful choices and a more authentic life. My approach is individualized and relationship-based and grounded in attachment theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal neurobiology, psychodynamic principles, and somatic practices.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a Certified Mindfulness Facilitator through UCLA Mindful and completed an internship in early childhood development at Child Development Institute. With a background in business and an MBA from USC, I help clients navigate work-related stress and leadership challenges while staying connected to their values and well-being.
From anxiety and depression to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), we utilize holistic talk therapies and innovative treatments like eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR).
