You’re Invited to Begin Your Healing Journey with Francesca De Francisco, AMFT

At A Place to Turn, we are honored to welcome Francesca De Francisco, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#142460), to our clinical team. Francesca is a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping clients of all ages, backgrounds, and identities navigate life’s challenges. She offers a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals—whether you’re facing anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, identity exploration, or simply need someone to listen.

Francesca’s approach is practical, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), somatic techniques, and DBT skills, she helps clients build coping strategies, shift unhelpful patterns, and set achievable goals. She has a special passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals, including autistic clients, those with ADHD, and people with learning or sensory differences, fostering strengths-based environments where they can thrive.

Francesca also works alongside people in all stages of addiction and recovery, with or without co-occurring mental health concerns. She believes recovery is not just about letting go of what no longer serves you—it’s about creating a life worth living—and meets each client with compassion, patience, and deep respect for the courage it takes to heal.

Now accepting new clients in-person and via telehealth. Serving clients from our Westlake Village and virtual office.
