With a passion for supporting children, adults, and neurodivergent individuals, Laura specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum concerns, and major life transitions—with a particular focus on healing childhood PTSD and women’s issues. Her approach is warm, intuitive, and client-centered, creating a grounded space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to heal.

Drawing from a rich toolkit of evidence-based and integrative practices, Laura utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and inner child work. As a certified hypnotherapist and trained trauma specialist, she tailors each session to meet the individual needs of her clients with compassion and intention.

Whether you're navigating early trauma, postpartum challenges, or simply seeking more clarity in your emotional life, Laura walks beside you with sensitivity, insight, and deep respect for your unique path.
