Lorraine supports individuals, couples, and families navigating generalized anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, and life transitions. With a Master’s degree in Art Therapy from The School of Visual Arts in New York, she draws upon her rich background in both clinical and creative therapies—including her work at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and New Alternatives for Children foster center. Now serving clients in our Pasadena office, Lorraine works with clients of all ages using a warm, patient-centered process that integrates talk therapy, mindfulness, narrative work, and expressive tools like art and play.

She is also trained in CBT, trauma-informed care, ADHD and autism support, and the Gottman Method (Levels I and II) for couples. A native English speaker who is also fluent in French and Spanish, Lorraine brings cultural sensitivity and inclusive care to every session. Outside of therapy, she is a published writer in global outlets such as The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Wall Street Journal, exploring themes of human and child development, health, and well-being.
