Inspired by the resilience of the human spirit, Aleiya creates a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard and supported as they reclaim their stories and explore new paths to healing. She is especially passionate about serving LGBTQIA+ individuals, adolescents, young adults, and anyone seeking to reconnect with their most authentic self.
Aleiya integrates Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients move through anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Her therapeutic presence is collaborative and empowering—encouraging clients to take ownership of their healing while honoring their lived experiences.
