With a passion for guiding clients through healing and personal growth, Kendra creates a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space where clients feel safe to explore life’s challenges and find renewed clarity and connection. Her approach blends evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), tailored to the unique needs of each individual and family.
Kendra has a special interest in supporting women through postpartum transitions and women-related challenges, including identity shifts, hormonal changes, relationship stress, and the emotional complexities of motherhood. She provides a nurturing environment where women feel validated, supported, and empowered.
Her background in both psychology and business gives her a unique perspective on the intersection of personal well-being and everyday stressors, including work and life transitions. Kendra holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University and earned her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Lutheran University.
