At A Place to Turn, we are honored to welcome Chloé Levray-Dailey, APCC, to our Los Angeles and Pasadena clinical team. Chloé brings a trauma-informed, holistic, and deeply compassionate approach to therapy ,helping clients reconnect with their strengths, navigate challenges, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Chloé holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine, a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education in Sport and Performance Psychology. As a former collegiate athlete and personal trainer, she has a unique understanding of the powerful connection between the mind and body and is passionate about helping clients develop greater awareness of how emotional, physical, and psychological experiences influence overall well-being.

Her therapeutic style is collaborative, affirming, and empowering. Chloé views therapy as a partnership, serving as a trusted guide and teammate while honoring each client as the expert of their own life. She believes that while our past experiences may shape us, they do not define us. Through greater self-understanding, healing, and intentional growth, clients can move beyond feeling stuck and step into the fullest expression of themselves.

Chloé draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theory,Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT),Existential Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based interventions. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to make choices aligned with their values and goals.

As a multicultural clinician with a diverse background, Chloé values individuality and approaches every client with curiosity, humility, and respect. She has a special passion for working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, identity and belonging, perfectionism, self-worth, confidence, trauma, nervous system dys-regulation, chronic pain, invisible disabilities, work-life balance, and the -unique challenges faced by athletes and high-performing individuals.

Chloé is now accepting new clientsin-person at our Pasadena office and via telehealth throughout California. Sheis passionate about serving the Pasadena community while also making qualitymental health care accessible through virtual services statewide.
