Deborah creates a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients feel safe to explore difficult emotions, process change, and reconnect with their inner strength. She believes deeply in each person’s ability to heal and grow, and she meets clients with genuine curiosity, respect, and care.
Deborah works with individuals, couples, and families navigating grief and loss, serious illness, cancer diagnosis and survivorship, caregiver stress, and midlife transitions. She supports clients as they move through identity shifts, relationship changes, and the emotional weight that often comes with these life experiences.
Deborah’s approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in whole-person care. She focuses on helping clients feel safe in their bodies, supported in their relationships, and more connected to their inner experiences.

She brings a strong understanding of how these experiences impact identity, relationships, and emotional well-being. Her work is grounded in helping clients regulate their nervous systems, process their experiences, and find a sense of steadiness and connection during times of uncertainty.
