At A Place to Turn, we are honored to welcome Liz Little, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#144327), to our clinical team in Westlake Village. Liz specializes in grief, loss, and end-of-life issues, offering a safe and compassionate space for clients to process life’s most tender challenges.

As a military spouse who has traveled the world, Liz deeply understands the struggles that come with major life transitions and unforeseen changes. With a decades-long background in yoga and meditation, along with six years of hospice volunteer experience, Liz brings warmth, wisdom, and presence into her therapeutic work in our Westlake Village office.

Her approach is person-centered, guided by unconditional love, respect, and compassion for each client’s unique journey. Liz works with individuals, groups, and adolescents, supporting them through the healing power of the therapeutic relationship. She believes all individuals hold the innate ability to grow, heal, and transform when given the right space and support.
