As a first-generation daughter of immigrants and a biracial Latina and Asian woman, Sara brings a deep awareness of how culture, family systems, and social context shape emotional experiences and identity. She is committed to offering therapy that honors each client’s lived experience while fostering healing, connection, and growth.

Sara works with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, families, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, relationship conflict, trauma, and life transitions.
